How much does a sender pay?
The sender must meet the price you've set for their category. Payment is USDC. The payment stays held until you accept, reply, or complete the request. Opening a message does not pay.
Does opening a message release the payment?
No. The payment stays held until you accept, reply, or complete the request. Opening a message does not pay.
What happens if I take no action?
If you take no action, the USDC returns to the sender after seven days.
Can people outside Gnesi receive my messages?
Yes. The letter comes from your address, with one line that says whether it is free or paid, files up to 20 MB, and a link to continue on Gnesi. A larger file stays on Gnesi for a verified person or a company. For a priced message, the outside email waits until the payment is held. The conversation and its payment conditions stay on Gnesi.
Do I need a paid plan to receive money?
No. Your plan covers your Gnesi address and account features. Message payments are separate, so you don't need a paid plan to receive money.
How does Shield protect my agent?
Gnesi's Shield checks incoming mail for attempts to manipulate or redirect your agent before the agent sees it. Messages that need your attention can wait for your review. You stay in control of what your agent sees and does.
